Arabic-speaking PRO responsible for government relations, business setup processes, licensing, and employee immigration formalities. Ensure UAE regulatory compliance and advise management on regulatory requirements.

Overview

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will lead all government relations activities, acting as the primary liaison between the company and UAE authorities. This role oversees end-to-end management of business setup processes, licensing, and employee immigration formalities, ensuring full regulatory compliance and providing expert advisory on legal structures and regulatory requirements to management and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Government Relations & Immigration: Manage visas, immigration, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical check-ups, and related processes with 100% compliance.
  • Business Setup & Licensing: Lead end-to-end business setup for mainland and free zones, including incorporations, license amendments, renewals, and liquidations.
  • Authority Liaison: Serve as primary contact with UAE government authorities (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Free Zones such as DAFZA) to obtain approvals and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Regulatory Advisory: Advise management and clients on regulatory requirements, legal structures, and optimal company formation solutions.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure timely, accurate submissions and maintain strong relationships with government entities and service providers.
  • Document Legalization: Notarize and attest legal documents (MOA, shareholder resolutions, Powers of Attorney).
  • System Tracking: Maintain digital records and trackers for expiry dates (licenses, visas, IDs) to avoid penalties.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and tracking.
  • Portal Expertise: Experience navigating UAE government portals and Freezone systems (DAFZA).
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a PRO in the UAE with proven mainland and free zone company formation experience.
  • Languages: Native-level Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE Labor Law and immigration procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-pressure deadlines.
  • Experience in handling RTA vehicle registrations and renewals.
