Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Purpose:

The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing all government-related procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor, immigration, and residency laws. The role involves liaising with ministries, handling visa and licensing processes, and supporting the HR/Operations team with documentation and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all activities related to residency, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers for employees.

Coordinate with Ministries (Interior, Labor, Municipality, etc.) for approvals, permits, and licenses.

Ensure timely renewal of company-related documents such as Commercial License, Chamber of Commerce registration, and Civil IDs.

Prepare and submit applications, letters, and supporting documents to government authorities.

Maintain up-to-date records of all PRO-related documentation.

Act as the key liaison between the company and government bodies.

Monitor changes in Kuwaiti labor and immigration laws and advise management on compliance updates.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a legal/documentation perspective.

Represent the company in legal or regulatory issues as required.

Provide Arabic translation and typing for official submissions where necessary.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a PRO in Kuwait

Strong understanding of Kuwait labor, immigration, and regulatory processes

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken & written)

Valid Kuwaiti Driving License

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Must be currently based in Kuwait
