Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The PRO will handle all official documentation, government relations, and external communications related to staff visas, gate passes, company vehicles, and assets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UAE labor laws, construction site procedures, and a deep understanding of working with local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and labor contracts.
• Liaise with government departments (GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, RTA, Police, etc.) for regulatory compliance.
• Manage gate pass issuance and renewals for project sites, including coordination with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure site access procedures follow safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Handle vehicle registration, renewal, and insurance for company cars, trucks, and heavy machinery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for company assets and equipment.
• Submit applications for NOCs, permits, municipality clearances, and other project-related approvals.
• Translate legal and official documents between Arabic and English.
• Represent the company professionally during inspections, audits, or legal processes.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely renewals of all company documents to avoid fines or delays.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a PRO in the construction or engineering industry.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.
• Proficient in Arabic and English – spoken and written.
• Strong coordination, communication, and document handling skills.
• Familiarity with UAE government e-portals (GDRFA, MOHRE, RTA, etc.).
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
