Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and facilitating all official documentation and interactions with government authorities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process official documents such as residency permits, work visas, and renewals.
• Act as a liaison between the company and government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, labor departments, and immigration offices.
• Ensure all legal documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee visas, permits, and government-related documentation.
• Advise management on legal requirements and changes to local regulations.
• Support HR and administration teams in handling employee-related official matters.
• Ensure smooth coordination for the issuance of business and trade licenses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari immigration, labor laws, and government procedures.
• Valid QID with NOC.
• Valid Qatari driving license.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
