Providing administrative and clerical assistant to all new and existing employees within the company.
Ensuring that all visa applications such as Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits, & labor cards are presented and completed on time to comply with Government laws and regulations.
Scheduling any appointments related to the visa process.
Assisting HR management in employee relation issues
Producing relevant reports as and when required
Keeping the track of all the employee legal documents and ensuring all administrative duties are kept up to date and legally compliant.

Liaising directly with government offices and management on various legal issues
Obtaining or renewing any company related trade licences, immigration cards, signature cards or otherwise.
Performing any other duties as and when required.
Plan, direct and coordinate organization operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
Typing applications online in government portals, and support new arrivals in KSA to complete medicals and open bank accounts etc.
Develop effective relationships with external suppliers, embassies and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies, Department of Commerce, Municipality and other relevant departments.
