Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle Civil Defense documentation, authority approvals, inspection scheduling, and AMC contract coordination. The role requires knowledge of UAE government procedures, Civil Defense systems, and authority portals to ensure timely approvals, inspections, and compliance for maintenance contracts and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Civil Defense Documentation & Approvals
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on Civil Defense documentation and approvals.
- Manage applications through Civil Defense portals (e.g., UAE PASS) and authority systems.
- Ensure all documentation complies with Civil Defense regulations and standards.
- Coordinate submission of inspection requests and compliance documents.
Authority Coordination
- Liaise with Civil Defense and other UAE authorities regarding project approvals and inspections.
- Schedule and coordinate authority inspections for Fire & Life Safety systems.
- Handle communication with authorities to resolve documentation or compliance issues.
Inspection Applications
- Apply for Civil Defense inspections for FLS systems such as:
- Fire alarm systems
- Firefighting systems
- Emergency lighting
- Fire suppression systems
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure inspection readiness.
AMC Contract Documentation
- Manage documentation related to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), inspection reports, and certificates.
- Ensure Civil Defense compliance certificates and renewals are processed for AMC clients.
- Track contract validity and coordinate necessary submissions for renewals.
Administrative Support
- Assist project and maintenance teams with authority documentation requirements.
- Prepare official letters in Arabic and English for authority submissions.
- Provide regular updates to management on approval and inspection status.
Qualifications:
- Any degree in Public Relations, Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 0–1 years’ experience in UAE handling government or authority coordination.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate joining preferred.
