Public Relations Officer (PRO) & Legal Officer – Real Estate

We are a leading real estate and construction group in the UAE, specializing in property development, sales, and management. We are seeking an experienced PRO & Legal Officer to handle government relations, licensing, and legal compliance across our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all government-related documentation, approvals, and renewals (trade licenses, visas, contracts, etc.)
• Handle property-related legal matters, tenancy contracts, and documentation in compliance with UAE real estate laws.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts related to property sales, leasing, and company operations.
• Liaise with government departments, free zones, and municipalities for company and employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, immigration law, and real estate regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for legal and PRO activities.
• Represent the company in front of authorities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a PRO or Legal Officer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property registration, tenancy contracts, and corporate regulations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
