Public Relations Specialist

About the role:

  • Seeking an experienced public relations specialist with a minimum of 3 years of progressive, successful experience to develop and supervise the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally, and play a key part in communicating the organization's marketing messages.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Get Customers’ Testimonials / Create WOM Involve Saudi Celebrities/Influencers to advertise our Products and Services. Develop the marketing plan and ensure it is aligned with the company's business strategy and budget.
  • Develop a statement for each product demonstrating key messages, features, and benefits.
  • Develop a PR presentation that is specific for each segment that the company is currently operating.
  • Lead and manage all phases of an event (planning, organizing, executing).
  • Develop and provide articles, marketing materials etc... To be used in brochures and media.
  • Establish marketing tools such as a company profile/booklet, projects’ gallery, marketing procedures, roll-up banners, posters and catalogues etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with publishers and media personnel as required.
  • Communicate newly adapted innovations and how its expected benefits.
  • Communicate and promote the brand and products within the market.
  • Design a market research report portraying the market size and Mitsubishi market share within its industry in various geographical locations and compare it with its competitors.
  • Gather critical information about the competition's operations.
  • Prepare a SWOT analysis report to help position Company products and services and compare it with the competition, as this will help improve profitability and increase market share.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Enhance and maintain relations with external agencies such as marketing campaign consultants, PR agencies etc., and negotiate contracts in coordination with the P&P department.


Skills :

  • The ideal applicant must have a Bachelor’s in business administration or a marketing-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of PR, marketing, or similar experience.
  • Applicants must possess strong systems skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office.
  • Dynamic personality: being a public relations officer, the person will have to work and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
