PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Public Relations Specialist- PR

A Bachelor’ degree is required, preferably with emphasis in Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations. However, previous experience will substitute for the degree if the experience is in a relevant area and is recent.

One - two years’ writing experience with advertisement ads, speech writing, press releases and related marketing materials is required.

Plans and conducts public relations programs designed to create and maintain favorable public image for Pikeville Medical Center by performing the following duties and plans and directs the communication of information designed to keep public informed of Pikeville Medical Center’s programs, accomplishments, or point of view.
