Public Relations Specialist, 2026 Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the planning and implementation of media outreach activities, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Coordinate corporate events, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with company messaging and objectives.
• Monitor media coverage and online public sentiment, providing timely reports and recommendations to improve brand perception.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Branding, and Go-To-Market, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s tone and values.
• Support crisis communication activities, helping prepare statements and responses to protect the brand’s reputation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong command of English, with the ability to use it as a working language; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of media relations, event planning, and digital communication channels.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, social media management tools, design software is a plus).
