We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies in line with Baymak’s corporate identity
Coordinate with PR agencies and manage related processes
Write press releases, news articles, interviews, speeches, and corporate statements
Manage media relations; create media lists and maintain contact with press members
Manage the company’s digital reputation; plan, create, and publish content for the website, blog, and social media channels
Manage LinkedIn accounts using a professional and corporate tone; create content calendars and track performance
Develop and execute social media content involving employees (special day celebrations, campaigns, video projects, etc.)
Keep the internal intranet active, up-to-date, and engaging; publish announcements, news, and content
Plan and coordinate print advertisements; manage design and publishing processes
Support or lead the organization of corporate events (press meetings, product launches, sponsorships, CSR projects, etc.)
Manage internal communications; prepare employee newsletters, internal announcements, and engagement campaigns
Support crisis communication processes and develop preventive communication plans
Monitor award opportunities; prepare application files and manage deadlines
Prepare content for corporate presentations, promotional materials, catalogs, and reports
Support communication efforts for CSR and sustainability projects
Maintain communication with industry associations; track developments and represent the company when needed
Provide regular reports on brand reputation, perception management, and media visibility

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or marketing communications
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Preferably a graduate from a reputable university in communications, business, social sciences, or related fields
Interested in the HVAC industry and/or industrial technology
Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
Proactive, with the ability to develop and execute new communication projects
Strong team player with effective stakeholder communication skills
Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities
