Job Summary:
The Family Management Advisor will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and supportive community on BIGO LIVE. The role involves developing and executing strategies to engage and retain users, moderating content, and acting as a liaison between the company and its community members.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to increase user participation and satisfaction.Organize community events, contests, and interactive activities.Monitor community feedback and trends to identify growth opportunities.
Content Moderation:
Ensure all user-generated content adheres to BIGO LIVE’s guidelines.Resolve conflicts and issues within the community promptly and professionally.
User Support:
Act as a point of contact for community members, addressing their questions and feedback.Provide timely support to users, resolving any platform-related issues.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement effectiveness.Prepare regular reports on community activities, trends, and insights.Use data-driven approaches to optimize community management practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Provide insights and recommendations to improve platform features based on community feedback.Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance user experience and community growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Native Turkish speaker with fluency in English.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis skills.Up-to-date knowledge of the streaming industry, mobile app trends.
