Publishing & Promotion Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Publishing & Promotion Specialist to manage and promote our book publications across Amazon FBA, online bookstores, and related digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon KDP/FBA publishing, digital marketing, and e-commerce optimization. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible working hours.

Your daily tasks:

• Manage the end-to-end publishing process for books, including formatting, uploading, and metadata optimization on Amazon KDP, FBA, and other online platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to boost visibility and sales of published titles.
• Optimize product listings with effective titles, keywords, descriptions, and images for Amazon SEO.
• Coordinate bookstore partnerships and distribution logistics.
• Manage and analyze sales performance data, reporting key metrics and recommendations for growth.
• Develop and maintain social media and email marketing strategies for ongoing audience engagement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Publishing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Amazon publishing (KDP/FBA), book marketing, or digital sales.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, KDP, and FBA logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with bookstore distribution networks
• Understanding of Amazon PPC advertising and SEO best practices.
• Languages using analytics and reporting tools
