Purchase Analyst

- Position Title – Jr. / officer – Purchase
- Qualification required – BE /DME
- Min. years of experience in purchase – 2-3 Years.
- Job Description –
- Floating RFQs to supplier in Coordination with End user.
- Follow up for Quotations.
- Comparison Bid tab (SAR and BAS) and discuss with Purchasing Head, If required to do the 1st Cut negotiation.
- Releasing the PO through SAP.
- Track of each purchase requisition, escalate to Purchasing head wherever required.
- Supplier addition documents follow up with supplier and addition in to the system.
- Solving the payment and invoice related grievances between Tenneco and supplier.
- On time response to end user for the PR.
- Can be work on scrap disposal proposals.
- Atten the engineering meetings for NPD (Tooling and Components).
Required Competency:
- Well versed with Indirect Material procurement Process and supplier database within Pune area.
- Knowledge about SAP.
- Knowledge about the Engineering drawing.
- Initiative taker.
- Good team player can work in cross functions.
- Knowledge about the cost break down in Stamping, Rubber moulding Process.
- Purchasing acumen.
- Supplier development
