Regenta Central Hotel & Convention Center, Nagpur looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team. The role involves assisting in purchasing activities, coordinating with vendors, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily purchasing operations and procurement of goods/services.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the stores/warehouse team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
