We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors for order placement and timely deliveries.
• Verify invoices and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools.
