We are seeking a Purchase Assistant with driving responsibilities to support our procurement operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and timely delivery of goods.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Valid UAE driving license with good knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, and email correspondence).
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, track orders, and manage documentation accurately.
• Must hold own visa sponsorship (visit, family, or freelance visa).
• Valid references within the UAE.
