Purchase Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team, ensuring efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers to get quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve issues.
• Maintain purchase records and inventory levels.
• Perform quality checks on received goods.
• Support daily purchase activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication: Malayalam, English (written & verbal) ,Hindi(verbal)
• Willingness to travel .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
