Job Description:

  • Create LPOs and purchase requests (stock & job-based)
  • Check invoices and delivery notes; submit cash/credit invoices
  • Handle material issuing, receiving, returns, and replacements
  • Maintain inventory, rectify stock issues, add new items, and update prices
  • Follow up on outsourced jobs, dies, and other purchases
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the Purchase Manager after coordinating with the Accounts / Store Department.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Work experience in office setting is mandatory. Home country experience acceptable.
  • UAE experience not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of ERP system and inventory is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
