We are hiring a Purchase Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support our procurement and purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day purchase activities
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
  • Coordinate with accounts, store, and operations teams
  • Compare quotations and support vendor negotiations
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as Purchase Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
