Purchase Assistant

Position: Purchase Assistant – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai

2 to 4 years (UAE experience )

Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction (preferred)

Key

Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement of materials related to interior fit-out projects (joinery, MEP, finishes, hardware, etc.)

Good knowledge of ERP software

Prepare and process LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups

Compare quotations and negotiate pricing to ensure cost efficiency

Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details

Track orders and ensure timely delivery to sites

Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for material requirements

Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures

Support inventory and store coordination when required
