Role Overview

Robust Hoses LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to join our corporate team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will support our procurement department in managing supplier relationships, processing orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of industrial supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Research potential vendors and compare quotes to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to verify received goods against invoices.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks related to the supply chain and inventory tracking.

Requirements

• Visa Status: Must be on a Husband’s Visa (Sponsored).
• Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
• Experience: Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with digital management systems/ERP software is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Residing in or willing to commute to Umm Al Quwain.
