About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Tender & Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end tender participation and sourcing for government and EPC projects across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and other Emirates).

Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Participation

• Monitor and identify tenders from government portals across UAE
• Handle registration and participation in portals such as:
• ADNOC
• DEWA
• SEWA
• Abu Dhabi Government
• Taqa
• NMDC
• NPCC
• UAE Government
• Other Sources
• Analyze tender requirements and eligibility

2. Registration & Prequalification

• Manage supplier registration and prequalification
• Prepare and submit:
• Technical documents
• Company profiles & certifications
• Coordinate with clients for compliance requirements

3. Sourcing (Local & International)

• Identify and source products/services:
• Locally within UAE
• Internationally (OEMs / suppliers)
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize suppliers
• Coordinate logistics and delivery planning

4. Tender Submission

• Prepare complete tender packages:
• Technical proposals
• Commercial proposals
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and deadlines
• Submit tenders through respective portals

5. Project Execution & Delivery

• Coordinate post-award activities:
• Purchase orders
• Material procurement
• Delivery and logistics
• Ensure timely execution aligned with contract terms

6. Invoicing & Payment Follow-up

• Prepare and submit invoices
• Track payments and follow up with clients
• Coordinate with accounts for financial closure

Requirements

• Minimum 4–8 years UAE experience in tenders / procurement / EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of government procurement portals
• Experience in TAQA/ADNOC / DEWA / SEWA tenders
• Proven track record in tender submission and sourcing
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end tender lifecycle independently

Preferred

• Engineering / Technical background
• Experience working with international OEMs
• Existing supplier and contractor network
