TheSkinFit is a leading cosmetics eCommerce platform offering a wide range of beauty and cosmetic products. We are currently looking for Purchasing Assistant.
A Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement team by managing vendor communications, processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory records. They analyze supplier quotes, resolve delivery discrepancies, and ensure the company secures quality materials on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Create, track, and verify purchase orders to ensure accurate pricing and delivery dates.
• Vendor Management: Research potential suppliers, request price quotes, negotiate terms, and maintain vendor databases.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and flag potential shortages before they disrupt operations.
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with warehouse staff for deliveries and the finance department for invoice processing and accounts payable.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, returns, and associated costs.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timings : 10 am till 7 pm
Location : MACHS Karsaz, Karachi

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
