Sourcing Coordinator

Pay: 3,500.00 (AED) - 4,500.00 (AED) per month

Job description:

As the leading corporate gifts and promotional giveaways company in the UAE, we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Assistant.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assistant in sourcing, purchasing and logistics.
• Preferably from Gifting or Advertising industry with international experience in sourcing (Esp in China ).
• Should have 2-4 years of experience in sourcing of same and similar products.
• Should be good in English communication specially email.
• Advance MS Office knowledge (Specially Excel, Outlook, Power point)
• Data Analytical skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Should have international logistics skills.
• Communicate with suppliers (far east, Europe, India) and get quotation with product details within limited time period.
• Search for products as per sales executive requirement.
• Track stock, identify items for reordering, get quotation for reorder and discuss with department manager.
• Place order, generate PO, check PI, send all required information to Supplier (like packaging, color details , barcode etc.)
• Follow up on sample for approval, track goods and make sure goods produce on time and handover logistics to logistics department.
• Inspect goods after reaching in our warehouse. Raise compliant with supplier if required.
• Hunting for new vendors for customize order.
• Suggest new ideas to our sales team for orders.
• Maintain database of all supplier based on their specialities.
• The person will be responsible for Sourcing of products globally and from local market as per requirements.
• Sourcing of right product at right price.
• Tracing and tracking of running orders.
• Checking quality of goods.
• Sample check and provide all designs to supplier for processing order.
• Local sourcing is very important for us, person should know about local market for sourcing of products.
• Attending all inquiries and respond them within time limit.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sourcing and Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
