Purchase Co-ordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Purchase Coordinator executes day-to-day procurement activities, coordinates with suppliers and departments, ensures accurate documentation, and supports the Purchase Manager in operational functions.

Requirement Skills

  • Collect and consolidate purchase requirements from all departments.
  • Update and manage daily requirement and purchase tracking sheets.
  • Send RFQs to vendors and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery.
  • Prepare and issue accurate POs based on approvals and vendor availability.
  • Follow up on PO confirmations, deliveries, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with the store/QC team for incoming inspection and quality checks.
  • Maintain organized records for RFQs, POs, invoices, and supplier communication.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports and vendor performance summaries.
  • Support the Purchase Manager in negotiations and vendor onboarding.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of delivery or quality issues.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field.

Work Experiences

  • 1-2 years in Purchase

  • Factory (SANAND)

Job Type

  • Full-time Duty: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Week Off

  • Sunday (1 & 3 Saturday)

Salary Structure

  • 25,000 to 30,000 CTC per month

Age Limit

  • 23 to 35 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
