Purchase Coordination

Job Summary:

The Purchase Representative is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, tools and services. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement in coordination with project, site and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop reliable suppliers for construction materials and services.
• Request quotations, evaluate offers, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with site and store teams to confirm material requirements and deliveries.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure documentation accuracy before submitting to finance.
• Maintain approved vendor lists and assess supplier performance regularly.
• Ensure all materials meet project specifications and company standards.
• Monitor market prices and support cost control initiatives.
• Maintain procurement records and submit periodic reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or building material procurement within the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
