Purchase Coordinator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
  • Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
