Purchase Coordinator: (Female)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support – Assist the purchasing or procurement department in acquiring the goods, materials, and services required by the company.
  • Vendor Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and efficient order processing.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Order Management – Prepare and process purchase orders, follow up on approvals, and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Price & Quotation Management – Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools)
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
