About the Role:

We are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor to oversee procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure the timely procurement of materials.

* Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for cost-effective purchasing.

* Oversee logistics and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.

* Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing with production requirements.

* Ensure timely import/export documentation and compliance with regulations.

* Monitor and track shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.

* Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.

* Implement process improvements for greater supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain supervision.

* Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, vendor management, and logistics coordination.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or supply chain software.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
