Purchase Engineer

Job Description for Purchase Engineer profile

1. Follow up with vendors for material procurement, maintaining the purchase related documents and fillings.

2. Preparing PO's in ERP system

3. Proper supply of tools & Gauges as per requirements (No machine will be ideal due to shortage of required material)

4. Collecting quotation from various vendors against purchase requisition.

5. Making a comparison of received quotation for rate equally, etc.

6. For analysis and finalization, to support and assist management by providing necessary data as and when required.

7. Maintaining and preparation of documents related to ISO/TS/AUDITS etc. Local/ cash purchasing as per the requirement.

8. Coordination with stores department for inventory and stock controlling.

9. Reconciliations of supplier payments with coordination with stores department finance/ accounts department, as per the requirement of organization timely allotted work to be carried.

10. The engineer will also organize timely dispatch of material.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
