Position: Purchase Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Project: Villa Construction Projects

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase Engineer with at least 5 years of UAE experience in villa or building projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of suppliers and resources within the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for villa projects.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and expand a reliable vendor network within the UAE market.
• Coordinate closely with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and track deliveries.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in villa/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market prices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and Chinese speaker(preferred).
