Purchase Engineer

We are seeking a Purchase Engineer with strong experience in procurement and materials management, particularly in export purchasing within the engineering or manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relations, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle local and export purchases for engineering and project materials
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and project teams for smooth material flow
• Maintain records of suppliers, quotations, and purchase history
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality and cost standards

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in purchasing/procurement
• Export purchase knowledge is essential
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
