A Capex Purchase Engineer with 2 years of experience is responsible for executing and managing capital procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing in line with company policies and project requirements.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers for capex items, negotiating contracts, Preparing RFQ & BOQ and obtaining price quotations to optimize quality and cost.​
  • Prepare and execute purchase orders for capital goods, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and approval processes.​
  • Follow up with suppliers for order status, timely delivery, and resolution of issues to support seamless project execution.​
  • Gather and utilize market intelligence to support negotiation, supplier development, and procurement decision-making.​
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.​
  • Support continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance and proposing measures for efficiency enhancement.​

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.​
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and strong command of MS Office tools.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional coordination.​
  • Speaking Hindi added advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical ability; attention to detail in documentation and compliance.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
