Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
  • Manages the entire procurement process, develops purchasing policies and procedures, and prepares performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to understand material requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
