Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled and experienced Purchase Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sourcing, particularly for markets in the USA, Europe, Japan, and India, and extensive experience working with renowned global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

• Independently source and evaluate international brands and vendors to obtain the most competitive quotes.
• Identify distributors, suppliers, stockists, and manufacturers to ensure the best price and shortest lead times.
• Provide multiple quotes to the sales team for forward client proposals.

Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with international suppliers, stockists, and manufacturers in regions such as the USA, Europe, and Japan.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to secure the best deal for the company.

Procurement Activities:

• Source equipment including Managed Capex and MRO supplies, mechanical and electrical components, instruments, compressors, pumps, motors, lifting products, tools, and similar items for heavy industries.
• Ensure specifications, brand requirements, and part numbers provided by clients are met accurately.
• Support the sales and order fulfillment teams by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
