Roles and Responsiblities

• A Diagnostic Purchase Executive's job is to source and procure diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Supplier Sourcing and Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Procurement Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for diagnostic materials.
• Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality and compliance of purchased diagnostic supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., labs, medical teams) to understand their needs.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Generate reports on procurement performance.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
