Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in mechanical line procurement, vehicle spare parts purchase, and CCTV camera-related items. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining records of all purchases, ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of vehicle spare parts, CCTV cameras, and related accessories.
• Identify reliable vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update purchase records, stock, and inventory details in Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to understand purchase requirements.
• Ensure quality standards of purchased items as per company requirements.
• Track purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support in budgeting and cost control for purchases.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchase, especially in vehicle parts and CCTV items.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical spare parts and procurement process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for record keeping and reporting.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
