Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)

Working Hours: 8–9 hours/day

Interview Mode: Only Personal Interview at Gandhidham – No Online or Telephonic Interviews

Job Summary:

We are hiring for Purchase Executive

roles in a reputed manufacturing/project-based company.

Candidates with 2–6 years of experience are preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement from PR to PO to delivery.

Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.

Coordinate with departments for procurement planning.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels.

Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation.

Use SAP/ERP for PO generation and tracking.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma/MBA/BE in Mechanical or relevant discipline.

2–6 years’ experience in purchase (industrial/manufacturing preferred).

Good command of SAP/ERP, MS Excel, and commercial processes.
