Purchase Executive

• Source and evaluate vendors for steel hardware and construction materials.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Issue purchase orders and track the status of orders.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and project teams to align supply with demand.
• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and industry developments.
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or non-compliance in deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
