The company focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and B2B partners to ensure seamless supply of quality medicines and healthcare products.

Role Overview

The Institutional & Hospital Purchase Executive will be responsible for driving institutional business by managing hospital procurement processes, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and bulk buyers.

-Manage end-to-end institutional purchase processes including negotiations, order management, and documentation.

-Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital purchase managers and decision-makers.

-Coordinate with internal teams — including logistics, warehouse, and accounts — to ensure timely delivery and execution of institutional orders.

-Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, client communications, and sales performance.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

-2 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospital or institutional sales/purchases within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

-Proven track record of managing institutional clients and procurement processes.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
