Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source suppliers for raw materials, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components used in car parking systems.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchase and stock records in ERP/Tally or other systems.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to understand material specifications and ensure correct procurement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Handle documentation related to imports, transport, and vendor payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning purchase schedules accordingly.
