Purchase Executive

INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed, well known Pharmaceutical Intermediates& APIs manufacturing company since 2003.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Purchase Executive for our well known drug pharma company since 2003.

Qualification :- M.Sc (Chemistry) / MBA (Supply Chain Management)

Experience:- 0 to 3 years

Note - Most Preferred work exp. in Chemical / Pharma Company.

Job responsibilities:

• Search potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/ Manufacturers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
