Job Description:

1) Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring HVAC equipment and materials.

2) Managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to meet project requirements and budgetary constraints.

3) Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with internal teams like engineers and project managers, and conducting market research

to find the best value in terms of price, quality, and timely delivery.

4) Should Provide the Variation report, stock report on timely to Reporting Manager.

5) At least 2-3 years’ experience in procuring HVAC items, such as (Drain pipe, Copper Pipes, cables, Cable Tray, Air Terminals etc.,)
