Purchase & Logistics Executive – Auto Spare Parts

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase & Logistics Executive with a strong background in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchases of auto spare parts (both international and local).
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts to support the sales team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends in the auto spare parts industry.
• Handle documentation, logistics, and follow-ups with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the auto spare parts industry is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market trends and suppliers.
• Experience in inventory management and reconciliation.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Additional Details:

• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
