Job Title: Senior Procurement Engineer – Civil / Construction

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor management, cost analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services required for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for civil and construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders and contracts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks.
• Monitor material delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
• Prepare procurement reports and support project teams with cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum [8] years of experience as a Procurement Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
