Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for electrical equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Place orders and manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand equipment needs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment and components.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
