Purchase Executive

Role: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Purchase. (RM) (from Pharmaceutical Industry only) Experience: 4 yrs above Location: Ludhiana

Desired Candidate Profile: We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Raw Material Purchaser to source high-quality raw materials for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:  Source and procure raw materials that meet quality, regulatory, and cost standards.  Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.

 Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and company policies.  Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure raw material quality and availability.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier performance. Requirements:

 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing of Raw Material in the pharmaceutical industry.  Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.  Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and suppliers.
