Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, and a background in Commerce (B.Com). The role involves managing day-to-day purchase operations and ensuring accurate entry of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute purchase orders and related documentation
• Enter purchase and salary data accurately in Tally ERP
• Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers
• Monitor inventory and assist in procurement planning
• Verify and reconcile purchase bills with goods received
• Collaborate with accounts and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
