Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best rates, quality, and timelines.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in residential projects in Kerala.
- Strong knowledge of local building materials, suppliers, and pricing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
